A spectacular designer beach front Penthouse on Carbon Beach- just completed! Enjoy breathtaking views that span from the Palos Verdes Peninsula to the Malibu Pier and up the Coast. No expense was spared, materials and finishes include: imported European White Oak floors, a Polyform style kitchen with honed Calcutta Gold Vein Super Extra, Anodized black European fixtures, custom White-Riff-Cut doors and cabinetry throughout, Miele appliances, pool, BBQ and direct access to Carbon Beach. Guests have access to the entire apartment and its amenities. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite). | PLEASE NOTE that house rules will apply, and full details will be provided privately upon booking. **Guests are required to sign a supplemental terms agreement specific to the building after booking confirmation in order to complete check-in.**

Walk to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. We recommend using Uber or a rental car.
