Located in Duck/ 8 Bedrooms/ 10 Full Bathrooms/ 3 Half Bathrooms Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private walkway to the beach, fully gated private pool, hot tub, 2 outside showers and beach storage area. Inside you'll find a large Recroom with TV/DVD, stereo with CD, pool table, patio access to the beach walkway and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. ELEVATOR to all levels, full hall bathroom, King Master Bedroom with TV, Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and TV and the laundry room with washer and dryer. Mid Level: Family Suite that includes 2 Master Bedrooms. Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, deck access, full private bathroom and second laundry area. Through a privacy door you'll find a large King Master Bedroom with deck access, Queen Sleep Sofa and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub. Also on this level you'll find a King Master Bedroom with deck access with ocean views, King Master Bedroom with deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with deck access, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and a Den with deck access. Top Level: Spectacular, King Master Bedroom Suite. The great room features a TV/DVD, stereo, deck access and a wet bar with ice maker, 2 dining areas seating a total of 21, large well-equipped kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks and a sub-zero refrigerator, half bathroom, raised ships watch area with a game table seating 4 and stairs to a (fourth level) sunrise/sunset tower room with a poker table, couches, TV/DVD, stereo, wet bar with a full size refrigerator, half bathroom and deck access. 2025, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/25 -10/11/25 2026, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/10/26 -10/10/26
