Check in at the Welcome Center to get your vehicle gate pass and pool pass. You will need to present a valid drivers license and vehicle registration. The HOA requires a registration form with the name and age of each occupant, plus a list of all vehicles. The driveway holds 4 vehicles and there is no parking allowed on the street. Please provide this information a minimum of 3 days prior to checking in. All occupants of the property agree to be bound by the Governing Documents. These can be viewed on the "A Pocono Country Place" website under Governance/Governing Documents.
