You must show a valid government issued photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A $100 cash refundable damage deposit is required at check-in. The refund of this deposit is subject to an inspection of the property.
Our minimum check in age is 18. Guests ages 18-24 are required to pay a $100 refundable cash security deposit per person. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Locals residing in Horry, Georgetown, Williamsburg, and Marion counties are welcome to stay with us year-round. Please note: A $150 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in for all local guest reservations.
Up to 2 pets (cat or dog) can be accommodated per room. Pets are not allowed in our oceanfront/sideview units. Additional fees apply. No aggressive breeds accepted. Contact hotel for details.
