Property information

Beautiful 3/2 single-level Pool partially fenced home with almost 1600 sf of living space. Smart TVs, Large kitchen with Island, Big comfy beds, WIFI, Open floor plan, private and quiet street with large driveway to park even an RV! Relax and enjoy your very own private pool and screened lanai after a day at the beach or golf course! You will love it here! Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Pool/Spa Heat Fee: Additional 25 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed. - This property has a maximum parking allowance of three vehicles. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
