The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen beds and are spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom and tiled shower will leave you clean and refreshed. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed. A 65''UHDTV is yours to enjoy with Dish/DVR, Blu-ray player and all the streaming apps you can log into. The gaming room has a pool table and darts for enjoyment. An outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the Black Hills view along with seating and a gas grill. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and all the kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use. House trained dogs are ok to stay, but cats are Not permitted onsite. The total area is approximately 1,500 sq ft. This Property operates as a vacation rental and is licensed with the State of South Dakota. We live in a section of the property and are available if needed, yet your area is completely private and nothing is shared. We welcome you to come and see what the Black Hills has to offer!!
