1 bedroom, 1.5 bath In-law Guest Suite with private entrance in safe, quiet neighborhood in the Cypress Gardens area of Winter Haven, only 1.2 miles from Legoland. Although attached to main house, this in-law unit is totally separate from it and includes a king bed, bunk beds, sofa sleeper, and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, air fryer, Instapot, and induction cooktop for light cooking. Full bath is attached to main living area and bedroom has private half bath. Separate desk with MFC printer. 2 TVs include popular streaming services. Sleeps up to 5. Private screened patio too! **Note that if you have not received access instructions including door code from your booking provider at least 2 days before you are scheduled to arrive, please contact them to request that information.**
Though I live in the Pacific Northwest, I have owned this lovely space for several years and enjoy time in central Florida part of each year.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to many restaurants and shopping, including Legoland.
