Welcome to our beautiful, newly built Luxury, Hill Country Cabin located at Gruene Lake Ranch! Enjoy our spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open floor plan. This cabin is perfect to accommodate family & friends for a private getaway or long-term stay. San Antonio & Austin Airports are both about an hour drive from the cabin. Enjoy local tourist spots such as Whitewater Amphitheater, Schliterban, Canyon Lake, Wurstfest, & Downtown Gruene all within 15 minutes of the property! This upscale, spacious cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably and is located in the upper lake area. This home comes equipped with everything you need, including; ceiling fans, window coverings, and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 1: King size bed with an en–suite walk in shower bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. Bedroom 3: Two Full Bunk Beds (4Bd's). Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo perfect to bathe the little ones. Living Space & Dining: Enjoy our floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of our community pond and walking trail. This cabin does have a dedicated workspace area for your convenience. Enjoy our bar cart equipped with a pitcher to make some fresh margaritas or sangria. The living room comes equipped with a large smart tv and seating for up to 6 guests. The dining room has a large dining table for up to 6 guests along with 2 additional barstools for the bartop. Kitchen: Our Kitchen is fully furnished with a gas stove top, pots & pans, baking sheets, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, and all basic cooking utensils. Exterior areas: The cabin is located directly in front of a pond surrounded by a walking trail. Enjoy our private bonfire area with seating for up to 4. Located just outside the cabin is a private dining area with seating for up to 6 guests. Guests may enjoy feeding and visiting our very own Gruene Lake Ranch cattle.

COMING SOON: This summer guest can enjoy the resort amenities such as the pool, restaurant, bar, event center & so much more! Parking: Located behind the back of the cabin. This is gravel parking. Construction: Guest access is currently limited throughout the resort as it is still under construction. Additional Information: -Uber/Lyft is Available -We do offer cleaning services during your stay for an additional cost. -We do not provide the wood for the fire pit, but it is readily available at nearby grocery stores and gas stations. -Resort amenities will be available Late 2024. Please confirm before booking if amenities will be available during your stay. -There will be active construction during your stay as the resort is being completed. This may cause noise during the day. Please avoid the construction areas. This Cabin is located in the Texas Hill Country area. That being said, guests may encounter wildlife throughout the community. We do not perform preventive pest control so guests may encounter several types of insects, bugs etc.. To help minimize any issues with pest, guest must help with keeping the doors closed at all times, disposing of food property, and cleaning up after themselves during their stay. We do not provide any refunds due to any pest or wildlife issues.
