Here in Puente Vista, enjoy the view from the large deck overlooking the canal with a gas grill to cook the day’s catch! This condo includes beach gear, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and a community pool and boat docks. LIVING AREA The canal-view living area offers plush seating for the group and a flatscreen TV. KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with all you need to create your favorite dishes. When it’s time to dine, the table accommodates six. Room for two more can be found at the kitchen bar. BED & BATH This three-story condo sleeps seven guests in two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, canal views, and a flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin-size trundle, a private balcony, and a flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The east-facing, canal-view balcony provides morning sun and afternoon shade. Lounge in comfort while cooking steaks or veggies on the gas grill.
