Renovated with high quality , a very relaxing home inside and outside. Has a screened in lanai with a renovated heated pool (June 2022). Out side the lanai there's a patio and a 45x10 dock.You can bring your boat (no charge, but needs owner's approval first), or fish right off the dock. Minutes from downtown and Fisherman's Village. There is a Farmer's Market every Saturday and Sunday. Gilchrest Park and Ponce De Leon Park minutes away too. Many restaurants and bars nearby and the beaches are 30-45 min away . Whatever you choose to do, will be memorable because you will be in paradise.
My husband and I are retired. We love to travel, go boating and Rving. We have two beautiful daughters that live out of state. We fell in love with Punta Gorda Isles on one of our travels and decided to buy our future retirement home.
Punta Gorda Isles is a little piece of heaven; quant yet vibrant with art festivals, farmer's markets, consignment stores, art festivals, restaurants, live entertainment and bars. Many walking and bike trails and the sunsets are quite spectacular.
