    “We vacation here for the winter. Even tho there was little snow elsewhere there was plenty at the house to play in. The house is beautiful and roomy, big living area, and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.”

Located right between Bozeman and Livingston, secluded in the Bangtail Mountain Range, this home is in a prime location for all Montana adventures - 15-20 minutes to BOTH Bozeman and Livingston, 30-40 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort, 1 hour to Yellowstone National Park, 1 hour to Big Sky Ski Resort, and 20 minutes to famous fishing access points. It's 30 minutes from Bozeman Airport. We offer back country skiing on the property in the winter months! Please contact us for more information.

The house is in the mountains although we do share Quinn Creek road with neighbors and wildlife. Our 30 acres runs behind the house, to the left, and right. We live up a dirt road. If snowing, 4x4 AWD is recommended. The roads and driveway are always plowed. During the summer, all vehicles will make it. We recommend renting a car from the airport or local Bozeman rental company if flying into town.
