This newly remodeled, one-story home features 4 spacious King bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy multiple living areas, a chef’s kitchen, and a large dining space. The home is ideally located near over 60 wineries, LBJ history, shopping, restaurants.
Hello! My husband and I have been married for 28 years and share a passion for renovating and home improvement. We live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and love exploring the Texas 290 Wine Trail. As enthusiastic supporters of our local wineries, we are proud members of many! We hope you have a wonderful stay in this home we’ve completely renovated! Guests will have the entire space to themselves. If in-person assistance is needed our host is a short drive away and will assist when needed.
Ranchers Estate is a quiet established neighborhood with lots of 1 acre or more. It is less than 1 mile to downtown. Take a stroll around the neighborhood and enjoy the calm country life. Public transportation is scarce in Johnson City. Be prepared to walk, bike, or drive to your destinations. Fredericksburg does offer taxi, Uber, and wine shuttle services as needed. If you would like special arrangements made for travel or tours, please reach out to us.
