Located just 1 mile from downtown Black Mountain, 2 miles from Montreat, and 17 miles from Asheville. A plethora of shops and restaurants are nearby. Hiking, sightseeing, and recreational opportunities abound in the surrounding area. LIVING AREA Find plenty of comfy seating in the living area, furnished with two plush sofas. Make some popcorn and host a movie night on the 49 Roku TV. KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table set for six or at the kitchen bar with seating for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home sleeps up to eleven guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second bedroom is outfitted with three twin beds and two twin trundles. The trundles are most suitable for children. A third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located adjacent to the entry. OUTDOOR AREAS Watch the sunset from the rear patio, accessible from the master suite. Or enjoy evening conversation on the front porch, furnished with two rocking chairs. Prefer to whip up favorite BBQ dishes for dinner? A gas grill is available for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
