So many things to enjoy here in Little Falls! Some wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and pretty much anything you might need you can find here. It is also centrally located to several great destination places..ie: Cooperstown, Old Forge, Albany, Syracuse..There is an art center, antiques, hospital, supermarket, postoffice, ups store, cvs, kinneys and a variety of other useful places for just day to day living needs. There is designated parking for one vehicle in the back...first diagonal spot as you pull in. Must pull in close to building so tenants can leave. There is also street parking for most of the year although winter storms might affect that.
