Inside, the well-equipped, full kitchen offers all the accessories, dishes, utensils, and stainless steel appliances you need to prepare anything from your morning coffee to elaborate meals to be enjoyed inside or out. Relax in the sunlit living area where you can take in the view or watch TV. Outside, the upper-level, rear-facing balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the sunshine on lazy afternoons, while the lower-level offers a table and chairs for hearty breakfasts or evening cocktails. This townhome also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to ensure your swimsuits are kept clean and bright during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. As such, guests do not have access to any Hawks Cay resort amenities. Certain amenities owned or operated by the resort are only available to resort guests, including the pools, beach, marketplace, and numerous restaurants and bars. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
