Newly renovated standalone cottage/guesthouse in trendy Berkeley/Oakland Rockridge. Close to restaurants, Trader Joe & Safeway, UC Berkeley, and BART. New bathroom and bedroom. New furniture and appliances (microwave and refrigerator, washer and dryer) in the common room. Keurig coffee machine provided. A camping stove is available for cooking. Perfect accommodation for single traveler and a couple, though a large sofa/bed is available for a third person.
A host with attention to details and service
Rockridge is a vibrant area known for its restaurants, neighborhood charm, and ease of transportation. Take BART anywhere in the Bay Area or 51B bus to UC Berkeley. Close to CA 24 and other highways.
