This is an updated condo unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Please note the bathroom is accessible only through the second bedroom. The Master bedroom has a balcony, so you can sit outside on the balcony and enjoy watching the yachts go by on the waterway as you sip your coffee. There is a Keurig coffee machine, all the basic necessities to cook meals and bathroom toiletries.
Parking at the property requires a pass, the cost is 10USD/ day. Any lost pass will result in a fee of 200USD.
