Watch your favorite shows in the charming living area with comfortable furnishings and a large TV. Everyone's favorite recipes can be prepared in the pristine kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar. A lovely dining area welcomes shared meals and conversation. Out on the covered deck, enjoy a beverage while watching the peaceful water views reflect the setting sun. THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
