The fine print
The resort is renovating elevators on the property in Building B and Building C. The elevators in these buildings are not operational at this time. All one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites will require the use of stairs to access the suites. The work is expected to be complete by November 30, 2025.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
