No fees to use the beach, no wake zone, private dock to fish, directly across from Harrahs, beautiful views, tie up a jet ski or a boat, has a boat launch next door at the park or at the riverside across the way, 45 second walk to the beach, enjoy lunch with the family, bbq and walk back to your unit to cool off, enjoy a firepit at night while you look at the beautiful lights of the Harrahs and other casinos
