Luxury Riverfront 5 Bed 3.5 Bath W/Ocean Access. Beautiful Views Across from a preserve. Lots of fish, turtles, birds and even manatees on the river. A stone deck surrounds Pool W/Hot tub, Dock a boat or just catch fish from the dock and cook on the Gas Outdoor kitchen & relax on the porch swing. Fenced yard so your pets can play. Home has stone & hardwood flooring. The chef will love the Fully equipped Gourmet Professional Kitchen with Gas Stove with Pot Filler, Griddle & double ovens. Airfryer/microwave and Subzero Refrigerator and Freezer with Ice Maker. 4 bedrooms 2.5 Baths downstairs, Upstairs Loft with oversize bean bags in front of gas fireplace and walk out balcony. Private hall to the Primary bedroom suite. Washer & Dryer set upstairs and in Garage. Home has high speed internet and 85" Tv in living room and Tv's in all bedrooms. 30 Min to beaches beach equipment for guest use. Piano, foosball table, galaga arcade game and tons of board games and puzzles. only 15 min to Mets Spring Training Stadium and St Lucie West with lots of shopping and dining options. 5 min to Publix Supermarket and Oxbow Eco Center 10 Min to Riverpark Marina. 10 Min to Nelsons Farmers Market
We love this home we live on a Ranch/ Farm in western St Lucie County. Our daughter is an equestrian jumper. Come visit our petting farm! This home is our getaway retreat and was our family home for 3 years. Our son is a Boy Scout Life Scout working on his Eagle and Dual Enrolled in College and Fences.
This area is beautiful and close to the Oxbow Eco Center with Miles of Hiking Trails (5min). The River Park Marina with a playground a boat tour and Kayak rentals as well as a free boat launch (10min). The St Lucie Mets Stadium and lots of shopping and restaurants movie theater and bowling is only 15 min west . St James Golf Course (10 Min) PGA Golf Course (15 Min) Lots of other golf courses all over the place. Our beaches on are Hutchinson Island a barrier island with the Indian River Lagoon separating the mainland from the beaches. Only accessible by bridges in Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce which is about 30 min drive either north or south. We have Publix Grocery store only 5 min away and Nelsons Farmers Market 10 min away.
