This is a room in a house shared with other guests.
Self check in after 4:00 PM you do not need to contact me.
Self check out (to avoid an extra charge):
Must leave room clean
All garbage must be put outside in the garbage can
Take bedsheets off and pillow cases off and leave all of it on the floor inside the room.
I will send you a text message at 1:00 PM on how to self check in.
This is not a hotel, we do not have 24/7 customer service. You can contact owner between 11 AM and 5 PM only.
It is a clean room with a private bathroom, blackout blinds, and a queen bed.
It is very simple for a quick stay or a week stay.
Air condition temperature is at 74 degrees Fahrenheit and i cannot lower it.
There is a tv, but you must have your own account for the services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
Towels are available.
One towel per guest.
