I am an unreformed homebody urbanite. My lovely, comfortable cottages make me happy and I love having guests from all over the country ... and occasionally outside the country ... share them. Except for 20 years in Dallas advertising, I have lived my entire life in Little Rock and I know the city well. Sharing information with my guests is what I do to make their time here as happy and memorable as possible.

Property information

Both of our properties are on the National Register of Historic Places and are located in Little Rock's Downtown Historic District. Our property is walking distance to the South Main (SoMa) District and 5-7 minutes by car to the River Market and East End. The guest cottages are like a little private Bed & Breakfast. Each has its own self entrance, many through the garden. All have a porch, balcony or private fenced & gated garden and both of our properties are on tree-lined streets. All have either a full kitchen or a well-equipped kitchenette; most have either a double jetted or soaking tub. We serve a complimentary homemade breakfast daily and we are completely Pet Friendly. The cottages have many small luxuries like luxurious linens, robes, French-milled soap, shampoo, Roku Smart TV, high speed Internet, free parking, hair dryer, iron-ironing board.

Neighbourhood information

We are walking distance to the vibrant SoMa neighborhood with restaurants, shops, nightlife plus fun things to do like a craft brewery, art gallery, ice cream parlor, sculpture garden, a spot for Afternoon Tea and a small privately curated museum. By car we minutes from the River Market, Clinton Presidential Library, Verizon and the Robinson Center. We are 4 blocks from the Interstate and centrally located to all of Little Rock.
