With four marinas nearby, you can rent boats and jet skis to play on and have a memorable day on the lake. Hike a rigorous, but paved, trail to the highest mountain in Georgia at Brasstown Bald which has an observation tower! Tour locally and discover fantastic eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly activities. When you want to stay close to home, there's plenty to do in the game room that's filled with board games and a poker table! Inside, you'll find a bright interior with plenty of natural light, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The two-story stone fireplace is a stunner, and has a large wall-mounted TV above the mantle, perfect for movie night. The spacious deck is ideal for dining al fresco and watching sunsets on those beautiful summer nights. Enjoy playing board games or making memories eating home-cooked meals around the formal dining table. The chef of the group will love preparing meals in the full kitchen, equipped with a floating island breakfast bar and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The main bedroom is the epitome of luxury and comfort with it's spectacular 180 degree view, fireplace, TV, sitting area, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, double-sink vanity, and walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down together in the bunk beds, making memories that'll last a lifetime. THINGS TO KNOW *A tenant lives on the lower level of the home, and does not have Interior access to the floors. The caretaker also lives full time on the property in a guest house. A Queen-size Murphy bed is provided. Kayaks, paddles, a deckbox with life preservers, and tubing poles are stored in the garage for guest use.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
