This newly furnished property features a fully fenced backyard, hot tub, sauna, 3 smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, & family essentials like a Pack 'n Play and games. Dog-friendly (no cats), with off-street parking in a quiet residential neighborhood.
*NOTE* The upstairs shower has a lower clearance. The shower head is most comfortable for guests under 5'4".
Please note, the back studio is a separate rental and not included unless booked together. You can find that listing on our WanderLodges page as "Rosewood Collective"
While the house is fully private, if you're outside in the back yard, you may occasionally hear guests in the studio if it’s reserved during your stay.
