Not only will you have a front-row seat to swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding in the ocean waves, you'll be greeted back at home by central air conditioning, an oceanfront balcony, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels. This mid-rise building is located on the oceanfront in North Ocean City, offering on-site facilities that include an outdoor pool, a paddle tennis court, an elevator, and assigned parking. It's only half a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and sources of entertainment for all ages, is one block west as well. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed No smoking allowed (including in all common areas and on the grounds) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
