ABOUT US: We love sharing our gorgeous historic space and vibrant Victorian neighborhood with guests! I have lived in the Broadway Armory Historic District for almost twenty years, and am glad to help others explore and experience all that this area and Providence have to offer.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD – HISTORIC WEST SIDE/FEDERAL HILL: Guests love how walkable everything is in our neighborhood. You can get the best coffee in the city across the street at Nitro Bar, and meander through this historic area to find excellent casual and fine dining eateries, as well as bakery cafés, bars, breweries and vintage shops. An easy 10 minute walk to downtown Providence means convenient access to shows at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), AMP civic center, Waterfire events, and other downtown attractions. Just a 20 minute walk brings you to College Hill, the home of Rhode Island School of Design/RISD and Brown University, and the RISD Museum, truly a hidden gem. Everything in little Rhode Island is a close drive, so getting to Newport and beach locations is just 45 minutes to an hour away (depending on the season), and our property is a 3 minute drive to the highway! There is so much to see and do in Providence and RI, and the Salisbury Peck House is a beautiful and comfortable home base for all of your explorations.
