Step inside this polished space to find a full kitchen, a dining room that's warmed by a gas-powered fireplace, and an inviting living area with ample seating and a TV. There's a screened porch and a back patio to enjoy in the balmy summer months, as well as bonus amenities that include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. The Salt Pond community boasts an on-site, public, 18-hole mid-length course. Please visit the Pro Shop for rates and tee time availability. The Salt Pond community also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of 50 dollars.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking.
