We have been in the vacation rental business on the Island for over 30 years. Carolina Beach has more of a family party vibe along with expansive sandy beaches. Kure Beach is at the very southern tip, where the Cape Fear River meets the Atlantic Ocean. A slower, more quiet pace than Carolina Beach, it boasts the lovely wooded areas of Fort Fisher and is home to the North Carolina Aquarium.
