Just two-and-a-half miles east of downtown and next to the University of Arizona in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, this charming bungalow, built in 1929, offers updated features and amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay for you and your guests. Inside, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dine together at the table for six, and then relax in the front living area and channel surf on the TV. Watch the world go by from your front porch, or enjoy the desert climate on the back patio. Additional amenities include complimentary internet access, a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms to help with remote work or schooling, and a private washer/dryer to let you stay on top of your laundry during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
