Comfortable, quiet private guest room, with own private bath, in well-appointed, sunny and stylish, modern townhouse. Convenient for business and vacation travelers. Atop one of the famous San Francisco hills, in the very desirable Potrero Hill neighborhood. Near to terrific restaurants, shops. Great views! Sunniest weather! Easy close-by public transportation & free street parking. The space Sunny, quiet private bedroom with own private bathroom in 3 story townhouse (host lives on premises). Room is good-sized (approximately 11.5' x 13.5'), comfortably furnished, with bay window, and adjacent private bathroom. Bamboo hardwood floors throughout, with two decks, views overlooking the whole city, fireplace, tall ceilings in common areas (kitchen, dining, living). There are laundry machines in unit, plus dishwasher, gas stove, cable and WiFi.
Mature but young at heart (and fully vaccinated). Interested in the arts, music, good food, the outdoors, and all that Northern California has to offer. Longtime resident and very knowledgeable about where to go, what to see & do in and around San Francisco Bay Area. Staying on Potrero Hill feels like being in the country, yet in the middle of a city. Greenery and sunshine abound, while first-class restaurants, views, shops, and boutiques are all close by. Plus, its central location makes it easy to reach other parts of town, or commute down the Peninsula to Silicon Valley. Potrero Hill is the sunniest part of San Francisco, and feels like a village within the City, with lots of trees, gardens and wonderful views in all directions. Close to the Chase Center (Go Warriors), Oracle Park (Go Giants), Dogpatch, The Mission, Mission Bay, South of Market (SOMA).
