Beautiful, professionally cleaned condo at a Beach Resort in Solana Beach, an exclusive area of San Diego. It is in a prime location by the beach (300 ft away) & the World Famous Del Mar Fair & Racetrack. It's a short drive to the Torrey Pines Golf Course & State Park. Its next to restaurants, family & nightlife activities, & public transportation. The complex has a brand new heated Pool & Jacuzzi, gaming & laundry rooms, beach amenities, & on site support staff. Perfect for all types of guests.
My father(Hamid) and I (Kim) are a father daughter team that love to travel and use short term rentals, both as guests and as hosts. We have been Superhosts on Airbnb for the last 6 years with 650+ 5 star reviews. We are from San Diego and enjoy all the activities of the beach life. The resort is in the very safe and exclusive neighborhood of Solana Beach in Del Mar of San Diego. It is next to the beach and the world famous Del Mar Fairgrounds and Racetrack. It is surrounded by high end stores, restaurants, and nightlife. There is easy access to the freeway and public transportation. The resort is near major attractions - Del Mar Fair and Racetrack, Torrey Pines Golf Course and State Park, La Jolla, Legoland, Balboa Park, Downtown, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal/Safari Park.
