If you happen to visit Baytowne Wharf during the summer, you'll be happy to know that there is a shared outdoor pool just one story down! Among other special and convenient amenities, you'll find a shared hot tub, and even a fitness room. This condo enjoys a surprisingly quiet environment, considering just how close it is to all the restaurants and shops of Baytowne Wharf, and you'll find the sunrises are worth waking up to every day of your stay. WHAT’S NEARBY Forget about the car and head out to access the fantastic shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities and adventures of Baytowne Wharf. Follow the trail into Baytowne for a day or night of shopping, dining, exploring the nature trail on the bay, or ziplining across the community. Several additional shopping and dining options are located on both sides of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, while the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the Grand Boulevard shopping area are both within a few miles. THINGS TO KNOW Gated resort - guests must check in at the guard shack. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well. Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
