**1-2 Night Cleaning Fee Pay Less** This Majestic Red Rock paradise is the perfect base camp for all Southern Utah has to offer! This home is 30 minutes to Zion National Park and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon & Bryce Canyon. There are two reservoirs within 15 minutes that offer access to most water sports. Sky Mountain & Sand Hollow Golf Courses are located 5 minutes away, along with countless hiking and bike trails. Tuacahn is 30-45 minutes away. We recommend a personal Chef (not inclusive).

It is ideally situated for visitors to Southern Utah because of its accessibility to so many fabulous places! Looking east, visitors can watch the sunrise over the majestic West Temple of Zion National Park. While sunset embraces Pine Valley Mountain to the west.
There is public transportation in this small desert town and Uber/Lyft is available. This home features a 2 car garage with additional driveway parking. The St George airport is 20 minutes away. Grocery stores are within ten minutes or less.
