Escape to Sea Colony's Beach Community in this updated second-floor two-bedroom, two-bath oceanside condo! Just a stroll to the resort's private beach and oceanfront pools, this freshly-painted one-level coastal getaway has new flooring throughout and is home to a balcony, living and dining area with a new sofa and dining table, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms including the primary suite. There is new bedroom furniture and all new mattresses, along with updated bathrooms that have new countertops and fixtures too! Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer provide added convenience. Three new flatscreen TVs, two Blu-rays, free WiFi, a new Keurig coffee maker, and a new desk in the bedroom for working remotely. This condo is accessible without stairs. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing. **Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times. 2025 Sea Colony Recreational Association Fees (paid on-site per person, per week required for all guests 4 and older) Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
