Follow the private boardwalk for direct access to the beach, or soak up the sun at the shared pool. Spend breezy coastal evenings relaxing on your private covered patio. An abundance of dining and shopping options are within a short drive up the coast. LIVING AREA After a day at the beach, relax in the open-concept living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa. Settle in and watch a new movie on the 52” cable TV. KITCHEN & DINING Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table set for six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 32” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and cable TV. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Sip morning coffee on the back patio, outfitted with two rockers. In the evenings, dine alfresco at the high-top table set for four. Spend sun-soaked days at the year-round community sparkling pool (6’ deep, unheated).
