Hands down the best location in town! Charming condo with a patio/grill to entertain! Set back from the street, located less than 200ft. from Seaside's famous ferris wheel, boardwalk, beach, restaurants & amusements and directly across from the water park. Walking distance to most restaurants/stores! Great for couples, families, and small groups. 5 Beach badges are included and one on-site complimentary parking spot along with a propane grill for use & Cable/Wifi. The space Private condo set back that is ground level. Large, updated two bedroom and two bathroom condo, fully furnished, 1,350 sq ft. Full eat-in kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee machine, oven and stove top. All necessary cooking utensils/glassware included. Window-in air-conditioning that is highly efficient. Spacious patio for entertaining with a propane grill. Excellent spot for families, couples or small groups. *MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO STAY-PROM RENTALS/UNDERAGED GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY, SORRY! ***1 COMPLIMENTARY PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE. If you choose to have a second vehicle, that is your decision and you need to find parking on the street. ***Due to personal preferences and allergies, please bring your own personal hygienic items such as shampoo, body soap/wash, deodorant, tooth brush etc... Bath towels included, beach towels are not. *You are provided with toilet paper to start, however, for longer stays with a larger group/family, please bring your own! It is unknown to the host how much you will use! ***Must be honest about how many people are in your party for an adequate set-up. Lots to do, check out exit82 on Google. Although the condo is located at the best/busiest part of Seaside Heights, it is very quiet at night at this property. It is set back from the street, hence the name “hidden sea gem”.
