This cozy home is nestled between the edge of Downtown and The Pacific Ocean. Sitting right on Ocean Boulevard, it's directly across the street from stairs that lead to the expansive beach as well as paved trails, where you can go for a spin on the bikes we provide! Just a short walk to the convention center, coffee shops, or delicious eateries and shops. Bluff Park only steps away where free Yoga on The Bluff is offered twice daily! Join the festivals at The Queen Mary; not even a mile away! The space Being centrally located makes our place an ideal accommodation for students, professionals, and travelers. Driving distance to; Long Beach Convention Center - 3 min (18 min walk) Downtown LA - 45 min Long Beach Airport - 17 min LAX - 30 min BEDROOM- Queen size bed. In addition, there is a twin rolling bed in the closet. LIVING ROOM - Queen size - Tri fold mattress BATHROOM - Located in the hallway 1 full bathroom shower/tub LAUNDRY - A US based app will be used to wash and dry your laundry. PARKING - There is no assigned parking, free street parking. PLEASE NOTE: We are located in a downtown urban beach neighborhood, directly across the street from the beach on a main st. So parking can be slim to none. If you have a car depending on the time of day you will most likely have to park blocks away. We do give paid parking suggestions which is 3 blocks away ( 8 min walk). Uber, Lyft, and public transportation is easily accessible. The condo is located on the first floor for easy accessibility. Guest access You are renting the entire space, so you will have the place to yourself in complete privacy. Check-in hours are anytime after 3:00 PM Other things to note We provide only an initial batch of supplies to get you comfortable as soon as you arrive, but any re-supply should be provided by guests. We are passionate about the neighborhood for it's location and making it easy to walk everywhere. Please note: The condo is on a main street on Ocean Boulevard, this is also a city like environment with people walking by etc. If you are a light sleeper or noise sensitive, this might not be for you.
