Aloha, Jason and I are creatives who love designing thoughtful spaces, furniture, and art. We renovated Seaside House and Aloha Bungalow in 2023 and feel fortunate to be able to share our home with visitors from around the world! Our co-host, Jacob, is a close friend and local real estate agent who speaks English and German. The three of us, have built homes together and worked on various projects in the neighborhood. Peaceful and private modern retreat in prime location between Kehena Black Sand Beach (.4 mile walk) and nearby thermal ponds at Pohoiki just a few miles down the picturesque and coastal Red Road (137). There are two spaces available for you to choose from, Seaside House upstairs with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (suitable for parties up to 6) and Aloha Bungalow below with 1 bedroom, 1 indoor bathroom and a private outdoor shower (suitable for parties of 2). Enjoy comfortable and clean, modern spaces surrounded by a lush tropical landscape during your visit to the rural Puna coastline. Hear the sound of crashing waves from within the stylish interior or spacious lanai. This creative, vibrant area hosts a large drum circle on Sunday nights as well as local music and food down the road at Uncle Roberts.

Home is located very near the coast at the front of Kalapana Seaview Estates. Kalapana Seaview Estates has 933 lots ranging in size with many unique and playful island homes. The neighborhood has a dark sky policy that discourages bright light after dark to facilitate stargazing and for the welfare of local wildlife.
