Our new Construction 1-bedroom,1-bath oasis is the perfect getaway for couples or solo Travelers looking for a tranquil escape. Our rental is conveniently located near Helen, The Sautee Center, Unicoi State Park. Making it easy to explore the vibrant culture and attractions. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, winery's, and shops just a short drive away. Working remote is easy with our 200mb Fiber internet.

We are located at the North end of Lynch Mtn Rd in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley. We are just minutes away from downtown Helen, LaPrade's Marina and Lake Burton, over 10 winery's/brewery's, hiking, waterfalls, tubing, mtn coaster, Helen Water Park, the Sautee Nacoochee Center, and so many more attractions. 30 minute's to Clayton and Tallulah Gorge State Park.
