As a father-and-son team, we’ve been business partners at 1st Priority Technologies for almost two decades, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail to our role as your VRBO hosts. Matt, the IT Supervisor at Black Prong Equestrian Resort, was raised in Orlando but has a passion for country living and music. He enjoys concerts, dating, and spending time with friends. Jerry also grew up in Orlando, spending summers working on family farms nearby. With five years of graduate studies in two different fields, he ultimately pursued a career in computer networking at its inception. He enjoys concerts, reading, and playing the piano, but nothing is more important to him than time with his six grandchildren. One of our key strengths as hosts is availability. With Jerry’s flexible schedule and both of us working as a team, we ensure that any urgent issues or questions are addressed promptly. If one of us isn’t available, the other likely is. Plus, our handyman is just five minutes away, Jerry is 15 minutes away, and Matt is 20 minutes away, so in-person assistance—though rarely needed—is always within reach. Our goal is simple: to make sure you have an absolutely spectacular vacation! We genuinely love what we do, and there’s nothing better than helping guests create lasting memories.
