Here in our wooded setting, you’ll feel far away while still being only 10.9 miles from Pigeon Forge. And 3 miles from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Neighbourhood information

This is the Wonderland HOA community in Wears Valley. It feels very secluded yet 3 miles to the Smoky Mountain National Park, 10.9 miles from Pigeon Forge and 7 miles from Townsend. It is best to have your own car to be able to enjoy all the attractions near by. There is enough parking in the front of the cabin for two cars. If more parking is needed, there is room in front on the garage on the drive way.
