THE AREA Home is 8 miles to the World Equestrian Center 4 miles from I-75 and close to shopping, Spas, parks, entertainment and restaurants. THE SPACE You have a comfy corner bedroom and a private bathroom next to the room. Sleep in luxurious comfort with a 3" memory foam mattress topper. The room has a walk-in closet, a vanity table, ceiling fan, workspace, 49" smart TV. OUTDOOR SPACE The backyard is a private sanctuary with 8-foot hedges and plantings around the perimeter. Relax on the back patio to enjoy the flowering and fruiting plants as well as the squirrels playing, the birds bathing, the butterflies sipping nectar and the lizards scampering. Snacking is welcome and I will share plants if you want to take some home

I live in the far corner of a small, quiet subdivision. The yard has woods on 2 sides and an open pasture across the street. The backyard s completely enclosed with large shrubs. 2 miles to shopping/ restaurants 1/4 mile to "On Top of the World" Circle Square Cultural Center with Spa, Entertainment and shops. 1/2 mile to Hwy 200. 8 miles to the World Equestrian Center. 3 miles to the Ocala Regional Sportsplex and FAST- Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training. 14 miles to Silver Springs State Park 15 to Ocala National Forest 33 Miles to Juniper Springs National Park 12 Miles to Rainbow Springs State Park 25 miles to Crystal River 11 miles to Santos trailhead & campground
