Welcome to Houston area! My name is Constantine and I am a retired Nurse with 4 grown up children. whether on vacation or business, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you feel comfortable at my home, please, let me know. This is a brand New 6 years old house in Fresno near with air-conditioning working properly. We are near Hobby airport, Missouri City and Sugar Land. Big stores like Kroger, Walmart, Ross and Target are near, Restaurants like Olive Garden and many more are near.

Property information

The home is located in the beautiful city of Fresno Texas USA. This is a quiet and cozy community minutes from shopping and restaurants. Less than 30 minutes from downtown and medical center Houston, NRG Stadium, Houston Zoo, George R. Brown Convention Center, Museum District and the Texas Medical Center. A three bedroom home with three private guests bedrooms and one shared bathrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Guests will have access to the common areas of the home which include the kitchen, upstairs family room and study. Guest access Guest will enter through the front door, there is smart box that holds the key for the front door, someone will always be available to assign codes to let you in. All bedrooms have keys. Guest may use kitchen if needed. Guests are welcome to dinning area for dining if needed. Guest may also have access to the back porch until 11pm. I live in the home, although all guests bedrooms are private. If help is needed communicate via texting or call someone is always available. I am working hands in hand with co-host.
