One of the cornerstone properties in Grayton Beach, this beautiful Gulf front home, tastefully renovated in early 2018, has never been on the rental market. Semper Fi is perfectly situated atop a sand dune where the view from the front porch and living/dining room is nothing short of spectacular. Designed with the family in mind, the three ample bedrooms sleep 8 people comfortably in 2 King bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and a combined Queen bed and bunk bed room. There are 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, one with a tub, as well as a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water at the bottom of the porch stairs allowing easy clean up after a fun day at the beach before relaxing on the large deck facing the Gulf. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area are located on the same floor which is accessed from the 2nd level porch just up a set of stairs. (Please note: The top floor of house is locked out and not open for rental use. That space is unoccupied, assuring privacy to those who rent Semper Fi.) The extra-large, well-equipped kitchen (all new appliances) allows for easy and fun meal preparation, with two full-size refrigerators, a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, two full
