Highlights: ★ DIRECT lake access! ★ Cozy, cottage-style home with tons of natural light. ★ Open concept living, dining and kitchen. ★ Fully stocked kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities. ★ Sunroom with ample seating. ★ Boardgames available! ★ Sleeps 4! ★ 3 beds - 1 King, 2 Twins. ★ Large private back porch with living and dining. ★ Laundry room with washer and dryer. ★ Shower and lake towels provided. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is at Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi.), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi.), the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi). ★ The dock is not available for guests. This is strictly enforced. ★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake.
