Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen, where modern full-size appliances keep you in good food. But the step-up deck might be your favorite place to stargaze at night. THINGS TO KNOW Netflix and HBO streaming are available with guest accounts. The woodstove is not operational. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town, and the internet signal differs from big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. The internet will ebb and flow as the town fills up and people stream.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
