The kitchen, with newly remodeled cabinets and counters, has a balcony that steps outside with easy access to the parking area. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table. In the loft there is a master bedroom with balcony, a queen bed and a 40" flat screen TV. A second sleeping area in the loft with French doors for added privacy has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. A full bath is located on this level. Unique with this condominium is an area in the loft with a washer and dryer. This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units.
