PROPERTY OVERVIEW The ground-floor 1BR is in the heart of the world-famous Napa Valley. Take in expansive views of the lush property and Atlas Peak from the private covered patio. Enjoy Silverado amenities, including access to the seasonal pool, nature trails, and a full-service spa. LIVING AREA Unwind in the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the 42in TV with cable. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of upgraded appliances and ample counter space. Gather for home-cooked meals at the four-person dining table. BEDROOM & BATH The bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed, 42in TV, armchair, closet, and access to the private patio. The en-suite bath includes a tub/shower combination and separate water closet. OUTDOOR AREA Sliding glass doors open to the private covered patio complete with a bistro table and two chairs. Grab a cold beverage and enjoy views of the driving range and verdant grounds. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to a seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), hiking and biking trails, a spa, and on-site restaurants and shops. Parking is available for two vehicles in the uncovered parking lot. Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the 25 dollars/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests. While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public. Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
