Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is immaculately clean and professionally decorated. The main floor offers a great room with a huge smart TV and the most comfortable furniture. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including cookware, dishes, utensils and even the basic spices and food staples. The home also has a water softener and in-line filters so no need to bring bottled water! A fully screened porch is adjacent to the kitchen & dining room and overlooks the lushly landscaped, private pool area. Our dining room comfortably seats 6. The main floor also features bedroom 2 (queen bed), bedroom 3 (full and trundle bed), bathroom w/double vanities & a jacuzzi tub/shower, & washer and dryer. All linens, soap, shampoo, body wash, laundry & dish detergent are provided! Master suite features a king bed, sitting area, smart tv ensuite bath, equipped office space & private deck. Starlink internet and smart TVs w/streaming TV throughout. Enjoy the fenced, heated pool or one of our numerous outdoor spaces. Pool & beach toys and floaties/life jackets are provided. Our family LOVES the beach and we want to make sure you have the best vacation possible. We personally call all our guest to talk about your vacation and any questions you may have about the house, getting to the island, groceries, things to do, etc. Plus, we tried to think of everything we have taken, or wish we had when we go on vacation and put them at the house for you so you don't have to pack so much! We shelling and we'll share where we've found the best shells. Ryan loves to fish so he's stocked fishing poles, sand anchors and even a special cooler for bait and your catch. Our two boys love to play in the surf no matter the weather, so you'll find ALL the things for playing in the sand and surf. We created a nature & wildlife scavenger hunt for you and your kiddos. I love to cook, and our kitchen is AMAZING with the gas stove and ALL the equipment you might need.
